I think there should be an award called "Member of the Month." The person who does most work for the month should get rewarded. This might even boost other members to put more effort toward the forum.

And I think you guys need to promote this site. Like with a facebook page or something to get more members.

Yea, admins can add awards feature which will display in member's profile.
FB is the most powerful tool to promote site but be careful hide music section to avoid link deletion....
